What we do

A Spanish SL, ready to trade

The Sociedad Limitada (SL) is the most common company type in Spain: limited liability, a minimum share capital of just €1 and simple governance.

As an official Entrepreneur Support Point (PAE), we incorporate SLs online: company name, articles of association, notary appointment, tax number and registration. We explain every document in English before you sign.

After incorporation we stay on as your accountants: bookkeeping, quarterly taxes, corporate tax, annual accounts and payroll if you hire.

In detail

What you need to know

Before you start

Each shareholder and director needs an NIE. You will also need a Spanish bank account for the share capital.

Share capital

An SL can be set up with €1. Until it reaches €3,000, part of the profits must go to a legal reserve.

Ongoing obligations

A Spanish company files quarterly VAT and withholdings, corporate tax every July, and annual accounts at the Commercial Registry. We handle all of it.
